   • You upload a zip or send me a repo link
   • Within three working days I’ll email you a condition report:
     • what the software actually does: its jobs, its data, what it’s connected to
     • what’s worth carrying over and what isn’t
     • the worst things found in the code
2. Plan€3,500 · 5 days
   • We get on a video call and you walk me through your situation
   • Five working days after the call, I’ll email you the plan:
     • what gets built
     • the order it gets built in
     • a binding price and deadline for every phase
3. Takeoverfrom €20,000
   • I implement the phases lined out in the plan
   • This is usually three phases: demo, release, post-release features
4. Maintenancefrom €750/month
   • I keep it running
   • I stay for up to half a year or until your own developer takes over

• Every phase is paid up front
• If I miss a deadline, that payment comes back in full
